I'm very proud to present a tECHNICAL dESIGN Exclusive: The Dragon Ball Z Saiyan Scouter:
Scouters - were created by Frieza's scientists. It was made to help determine how strong a person was. It's worn around one eye and can detect power levels from miles away. It gives the power level in the form of a number, and so they compare the number to their own to see where they stand if they were to fight that person. Numbers will show up on the glass part around your eye so that they can read it easily while moving and navigating. It can also be used to hide or find people, just locate their power level and move away or towards it. Although sometimes since its only a machine, it'll go haywire and start giving inaccurate readings or if the power level becomes too high, sometimes the scouter will blow up. The Scouter comes in a variety of colors: Green, Pink, Purple, and Blue. It identifies the model version, green is earliest, and blue is latest. Scouters were used for communication as well.

Glue it together.
Cut out a hole for the ear.
Wear it and impress your friends. (Maybe lol)
Just what size of paper would I need to print the templates on in order to make it wearable?
Print it on standard 8.5x11

A power level of 710, within 50 meters of here! No, that's impossible, Kakarots kid may be a Saiyan, but a power level that big... impossible.
Okay, I feel stupid for asking this, but, exactly, how do you fold it?
Sorry, I don't have exact steps for folding the complete paper craft.
This may help:
1. Fold the part that connects to the ear first. The top and bottom parts in the image fold in to connect to the large back part.
2. Fold the "arm" of the scouter next. The middle of the horizontal part is the part that holds the eye piece. Fold the left and right sides in and fold the vertical part. The vertical part is the top and bottom of the arm. Match the curve and glue that together.
3. Fold the eyepiece so that the front and back large flat parts with details show in front and behind. Fold the top, bottom, and side in and glue it together.
Finally glue the arm to the base, and glue the eyepiece to the arm. Hope that helps.
I folded it with no instructions, so that's why there are none here.

It's componets are not given, or it's programming.
A optic pixel has been made real small, but one was put on a contacts. [by some sciencetist] The units are unknown, but science might get it. But the fans all over the net can't agree on this.
